’Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’: ‘No Regrets’ Review

Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. 416#4 – Fitz’s “Father”

I kept debating with myself over and over whether this was all a trick of the Madame’s. Each time Fitz and his “dad” were walking within an environment with other people, I kept looking at the people around them to see if they could actually see Fitz’s dad in the flesh or if it was just Fitz that saw him. It felt like a callback to Fitz’s brain issues back in Season 2 as he was hallucinating Simmons for a long time when she had originally gone under cover at Hydra.    The way I always expected the show to introduce his father was to either make him be some Marvel character or that he works for the enemy somehow. So I’m not 100% sure yet if this was his father and there was something odd with the way that the Madame looked at the two of them at the end of the episode. I feel AIDA has pulled a trick on Fitz and he just doesn’t know it yet. But I could be wrong as this could very well be Fitz’s dad, although the bigger question then becomes: is he fake or is Fitz’s father’s body actually in the same room as the others back in the real world?

    1. May doesn’t regret bringing Daisy in but her decision in Bahrain.
    2. Fitz doesn’t say he didn’t tell anyone about Daisy’s DNA. He says he (unlike the agents who beat her) knows that she doesn’t belong into “his world.”
    3. Mace and Coulson don’t inflitrate Triskellion!
