The CW Releases Special ‘Supergirl’/’Wonder Woman’ Promo

SupergirlDuring the season two finale of Supergirl, The CW aired a special Wonder Woman promo with Lynda Carter and Melissa Benoist while also showing a short preview for the upcoming film with Gal Gadot. You can catch the special promo below as Kara is borrowing something quite wonderful from a “friend”.

SUPERGIRL FIGHTS FOR HER CITY; SUPERMAN RETURNS – Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) challenges Rhea (guest star Teri Hatcher) to battle to save National City. Meanwhile, Superman (guest star Tyler Hoechlin) returns and Cat Grant (guest star Calista Flockhart) offers Supergirl some sage advice. Glen Winter directed the episode with story by Andrew Kreisberg & Jessica Queller and teleplay by Robert Rovner & Caitlin Parrish (#222). Original airdate 5/22/2017.”

Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman also stars Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Lucy Davis as Etta Candy, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Lisa Loven Kongsli as Menalippe, Danny Huston as General Erich Ludendorff, David Thewlis as Sir Patrick Morgan, Elena Anaya as Doctor Maru, Ewen Bremner as Charlie, Saïd Taghmaoui as Sameer and Eugene Brave Rock as the Chief. The screenplay was written by Jenkins, Allan Heinberg and DC Films’ co-head Geoff Johns, with story by Heinberg and Justice League director Zack Snyder.

Wonder Woman opens in theaters on Friday, June 2.
