In the age of the internet, social media buzz and early reactions are just as important as critical reviews. Embargoes for social media usually lift before that of full reviews and members of the media who have already seen War for the Planet of the Apes have taken to Twitter to share their first reactions for the film. All of the early buzz thus far for Matt Reeves’ film is positive and the excitement has definitely ramped up for the third and final film in the Planet of the Apes trilogy.

As the journey finally brings them face to face, Caesar and the Colonel are pitted against each other in an epic battle that will determine the fate of both their species and the future of the planet.
