FX Will Bring ‘Legion’, ‘The Strain’, & ‘Archer’ To San Diego Comic-Con 2017

San Diego Comic-Con is less than one month away and now FX has announced that they will be bringing Legion, The Strain, and Archer to the convention.

Deadline reports that The Strain, which will begins it’s fourth and final season in September, will make it’s last Comic-Con appearance in Ballroom 20 of the San Diego Convention Center on July 20.

Having made it’s first Comic-Con appearance last year, Legion will also appear in Ballroom 20 on July 20 with creator Noah Hawley, lead star Dan Stevens, executive producer Jeph Loeb, and more cast members expected to attend.

The outlet reports that Archer fans can expect a preview of the animated show’s ninth season and possibly penultimate season, though details on who will appear on the panel remain unknown at this point.

Comic books are an old medium so quite a few characters have a strong legacy. Some heroes have such a strong legacy that other individuals have taken up their mantle and continued the fight in their honor.

Superheroes are much more than people just running around beating up the bad guys. Each hero embodies different values that represent some of the best facets of humanity. Kids look up to superheroes for their values, not their muscles. When a hero stands for something, certain people will adopt that value as their own and continue their fight. Most superheroes are mortal and as a result of that will have to end their heroic careers at some point in the future. But if they are able to develop a legacy someone else wants to preserve then they can rest easy knowing the good fight will continue.
