One of the coolest aspects of Wonder Woman is without doubt her wonderful uniform that we first saw in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This week, Gal Gadot returns to the big screen as Diana Prince in Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman, one of the most highly anticipated films of the year.
In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Gadot and Jenkins were asked what is their favorite part or accessory of the iconic Wonder Woman costume. Both of them had different favorite aspects of the suit.
“JENKINS: I like the gauntlets! I got to say, I like the gauntlets.
GADOT: I like the lasso just for everything that it stands for. You can get people to tell you the truth all the time, which is kind of cool too. The boots, I really like the boots!”

“Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.”
Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman also stars Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Lucy Davis as Etta Candy, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Robin Wright as General Antiope, Lisa Loven Kongsli as Menalippe, Danny Huston as General Erich Ludendorff, David Thewlis as Sir Patrick Morgan, Elena Anaya as Doctor Maru, Ewen Bremner as Charlie, Saïd Taghmaoui as Sameer and Eugene Brave Rock as the Chief. The screenplay was written by Jenkins, Allan Heinberg and DC Films’ co-head Geoff Johns, with story by Heinberg and Justice League director Zack Snyder.
Wonder Woman opens in theaters on Friday, June 2.

7 Wonder Woman Villains Perfect For Future Sequels
Now that we’re about a month away from Wonder Woman’s solo movie, it’s time to start fantasizing about what we’ll see in those sequels Warner Bros. is inevitably planning. Wonder Woman has a rich rogues gallery that has transformed and grown alongside her as she’s become one of the world’s most iconic heroes.
It looks like Ares, the Greek god of war, will be the main villain for Wonder Woman’s first outing, but DC is gonna need to shake things up for future projects. Diana Prince has already proved herself a terrific warrior in Batman V Superman when she took on Doomsday, so I’m excited to see who the creators want to throw at her next. She doesn’t need a full team beside her, Wonder Woman is warrior enough to defend the innocent from all types of threats.
