‘Game Of Thrones’ & ‘Westworld’ SDCC 2017 Plans Revealed

Game of Thrones Westworld SDCC 2017HBO has announced panels for both Game of Thrones and Westworld this year at San Diego Comic-Con.

On Friday July 21 at 1:30 p.m., the cast including  Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy), Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm), John Bradley (Samwell Tarly), Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Liam Cunningham (Ser Davos Seaworth), Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei), Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark), Conleth Hill (Varys) and Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) will participate in a panel in Hall H moderated by a “special guest from Westeros,” HBO reveals.

The hit fantasy series will be joined at the con by the cast of the premium cable channel’s new hit sci-fi series Westworld on Saturday, July 22 at 4:15 p.m with a panel featuring members of the cast including Ben Barnes (Logan), Ingrid Bolsø Berdal (Armistice), Ed Harris (Man in Black), Luke Hemsworth (Stubbs), James Marsden (Teddy), Thandie Newton (Maeve), Simon Quarterman (Lee Sizemore), Rodrigo Santoro (Hector), Angela Sarafyan (Clementine), Jimmi Simpson (William), Tessa Thompson (Charlotte), Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores), Shannon Woodward (Elsie) and Jeffrey Wright (Bernard/Arnold) as well as creators and showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The panel will be moderated by Reggie Watts in Hall H.

The competition for the Iron Throne is heating up on HBO’s Game of Thrones. The series, based on George R.R. Martin’s epic A Song of Ice and Fire saga, is known for big twists and killing key characters. So just because someone is in power now, doesn’t mean they will be the final victor of the game of thrones.

More than at any other point in Westrosi history, it seems like the great houses are at each others throats. Everyone wants power for their families as they plot and conspire against one another. The only problem is, all the back stabbing has served as a distraction for the real threat coming from the North.
