One of the many characters that will be appearing in Injustice 2, the sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us, will be the villainous Cheetah who is from the Wonder Woman rogues gallery. Today a new gameplay trailer was released for the character as we see more of Cheetah in action.
Some of the new characters that have been announced so far are: Kara Zor-El a.k.a. Supergirl, Jaime Reyes a.k.a. Blue Beetle, Dinah Laurel Lance a.k.a. Black Canary, Floyd Lawton a.k.a. Deadshot, Gorilla Grodd, Atrocitus Damian Wayne a.k.a. Robin, Poison Ivy, Doctor Fate, Swamp Thing, Cyborg, Firestorm, Darkseid and Brainiac.

Injustice 2 will be available to both the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system as well as Xbox One on May 16.

The world of video games is no stranger to superheroes. There have been superhero games almost as long as there have been video games. They have had varying levels of quality and recently DC has been extremely successful with the Batman Arkham series as well as Injustice, but Marvel hasn’t had a game recently that has reached that level of success. Last week, Square Enix announced a new Avengers game that has the potential to be an original and fascinating new game, but there are still several games we would love to see tackled and some characters we would love to control in a new interactive environment on the newest console generation.
