At the Spider-Man: Homecoming premiere, Variety got a hold of Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and asked him about Avengers: Infinity War while they had the chance. Reaffirming Spider-Man’s presence (even though we know Tom Holland hasn’t been given the script) and teasing some new character pairings, Feige promised the film has tons of “geek out” moments.
When asked what he could say about the next Avengers flick, Feige said:
“Not much. But Spider-Man will be there. We’re filming in Atlanta right now. It’s going very well. It’s going very well and every day there are shots, there are images, there are pairing of characters you’ve never seen before on-screen that, again, I’m very lucky to do what I do. I’m very thankful to do what I do. I do it because I geek out for these moments. I geek out for a moment like this, debuting a Spider-Man in the MCU for the first time. In Infinity War, every single shot of every single scene is a geek out moment.”

7 Big Potential Changes For The Marvel Cinematic Universe After ‘Avengers 4’
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has officially said he’s holding back on reveals about the Marvel Cinematic Universe until after Avengers 4. With Feige holding information close to the chest, it seems likely big changes are set to hit the MCU soon.
Now that the MCU is more than fifteen films strong, I expect new characters and dramatic team shakeups soon so fans stay invested. There are a lot of things I wish could happen to the MCU, but I’m only talking about things I consider a real possibility here. Yeah, I’d love for the X-Men and the Fantastic Four to join the MCU, but I don’t expect that anytime soon. At the moment, Captain America and Wolverine will never hit the trenches together, but just know that would be number 1 on my list if Fox and Disney had a better relationship.
