Legion, the upcoming X-Men spin-off TV show from Marvel and FX has received an explosive new TV spot.
The February 8th premiere date of Legion is now just around the corner, and with that comes more promotional material. Anyone already interested in the series is sure to have seen the handful of trailers previously released over the last few months, though this subtly put together 30-second TV spot is sure to spark the interest of anyone who is currently unaware of the show’s existence.
The trailer was revealed by the official Legion Twitter page, citing that one touch will change everything:

The eight-part series is set to explore the story of David Haller (Dan Stevens), a mutant with schizophrenia at the center of his powers. Although you might not be familiar with his name, in the comics, David is the son of someone who’s name rings much more loudly to even casual audiences, Charles Xavier, a.k.a. Professor X, the founder of the X-Men.
You can view the brand new TV spot below:
Legion follows David Haller, a troubled young man who may be more than human. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and visions might be real.
Legion will air on FX starting on February 8, 2017.
