Four New ‘Beauty And The Beast’ Images Hit The Web

Beauty And The Beast
The latest issue of Total Film magazine, as noted a couple of days ago, has it’s cover and main story dedicated to Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, and just today their site GamesRadar posted four new images of the same issue. The first two are of Dan Steven’s Beast showing Emma Watson’s Belle a mysterious looking room that includes a crib and some portrait painting stuff. Maybe this will be Belle’s room while living in the castle?

And the last two pics are of Luke Evans’ Gaston, looking like he’s inciting the villagers to raid Beast’s castle, this assumption being based of course on the story of the original animated classic.

As for the original movie Dan Steven, who plays Beast this time around, recalls.

“The animated movie came out when I was a kid,” he says. “It was really great. I think every generation has its own telling of this. It captures a lot of imaginations at once. It certainly captured mine.”

The images certainly look great, managing to stay faithful to the 1991 beloved animated film while still including that modern gritty and realistic feel.

What do you think of the new images? Sound off in the comments below.

Directed by Bill Condon and starring Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, Kevin Kline, Josh Gad, Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, Ian McKellen, Audra McDonald, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Emma Thompson, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is set to hit theaters on March 17.
