'Kong: Skull Island' Has A Badass Post-Credit Scene

A new trailer for Kong: Skull Island will be hitting the web on Monday, February 27. Actor Tom Hiddleston announced the arrival of the trailer on his Twitter account this morning, which also included a video letting us know about the trailer drop.

A new trailer so close to release (the film is in theaters in a little less than two weeks) is a bit strange. The last time we saw a Kong: Skull Island trailer was back in November and it was thought to be the final one, which makes sense. A TV spot would have been more fitting at this point, however, I suppose a new trailer never hurt anybody, right?

Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures’ “Kong: Skull Island” reimagines the origin of the mythic monster in a compelling, original adventure from director Jordan Vogt-Roberts. In the film, a diverse team of explorers is brought together to venture deep into an uncharted island in the Pacific—as beautiful as it is treacherous—unaware that they’re crossing into the domain of the mythic Kong.

Kong: Skull Island is directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts and stars Brie Larson, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson,  Jason Mitchell, Corey Hawkins, Toby Kebbell, Tom Wilkinson, Terry Notary, John C. Reilly, and John Goodman.

The film is in theaters March 10, 2017.
