Omaze Will Take A Fan To ‘War For The Planet Of The Apes’ Premiere

Planet Of The Apes Caesar
Andy Serkis has just announced that fans who contribute to an Omaze campaign supporting the preservation of animal wildlife will get a shot at seeing the world premiere of War for the Planet of the Apes.

Omaze is teaming up with both Twentieth Century Fox and the Jane Goodall Institute to raise money for the protection of primates by holding a raffle tied to the release of the new movie. The more an individual contributes to the charity campaign, the greater number of raffles they receive. A lucky winner will get to go to the film’s premiere in New York City with Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, and Steve Zahn. The full details can be seen in the video below:

In War for the Planet of the Apes, the third chapter of the critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise, Caesar and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless Colonel. After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind. As the journey finally brings them face to face, Caesar and the Colonel are pitted against each other in an epic battle that will determine the fate of both their species and the future of the planet.

War for the Planet of the Apes breaks out on July 14, 2017. The film’s cast includes Andy Serkis as Caesar, Woody Harrelson as Colonel McCullough, Amiah Miller as Nova, Gabriel Chavarria as Preacher, Chad Rook as Boyle, Steve Zahn as “Bad Ape”, Karin Konoval as Maurice, Terry Notary as Rocket, Judy Greer as Cornelia, Max Lloyd-Jones as Blue Eyes, Ty Olsson as Rex, Michael Adamthwaite as Luca, Aleks Paunovic as Winter, Alessandro Juliani as Spear, and Sara Canning in an unspecified role.

Top 10 Movie Trailers From This Summer That Will Fire You Up

Previous1 of 11

TrailersEvery year, an avalanche of trailers, teasers, TV spots flood the Internet, trying to grab the attention of busy and overstimulated audiences. It’s gotten to the point where now, trailers are such a commodity, that the trailers themselves have teasers. There’s a reason: trailers, when they’re good, can be an artform all their own.

I love trailers, being the guy who is always rushing his friends and family to the theater early “so we don’t miss the previews.” Every summer, I make a YouTube playlist of my favorites that acts as my own personal radio station because frankly, sometimes, I vibe more to how the trailer is cut than the music in it or, in bad cases, the movies themselves when I finally catch them on-screen. It’s gotten to the point that I imagine and dream in a trailer format, with music setting the pace for a smash-cut of scenes that I want to write or just enjoy the fantasy of.

If you love a good trailer like I love a good trailer, this list is for you. Here’s what I consider the top 10 trailers for the summer 2017. Click Next to start!
