The Power Rangers reboot featured a brand new and modern version of the titular team, but the film still included a number of familiar staples from the franchise and even featured a cameo appearance by two stars from the original Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers television show. Now, Jason David Frank, who played the Green Ranger in the original series, has shared a deleted scene from the film where he made a second appearance alongside former co-star Amy Jo Johnson, who portrayed the original Pink Ranger.
The scene features Kimberly and Trini using their new abilities to playfully determine who gets the last piece of food at a coffee shop, where their antics catch the attention of Jason David Frank and Amy Jo Johnson’s unnamed patrons.
