Rumors have been swirling around today regarding the Man of Steel sequel and how Supergirl will be introduced into the DC Extended Universe in the movie. The rumors came from a post by a user named 4chan on a forum.
Our very own Umberto Gonzalez took to Twitter to squash the rumors, which never had a legitimate source and falsely claimed that the script to the Man of Steel sequel had already been written and that the movie has been “developing in secret.”
You can read the entire tweet below, along with screenshots of the story.

As of right now, there is no news regarding the Man of Steel sequel or of Supergirl joining the DCEU. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for more information as it becomes available.
Until then, the next DCEU film that will be hitting theaters is Justice League.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne (Batman), Henry Cavill as Kal-El/Clark Kent (Superman), Gal Gadot as Diana Prince (Wonder Woman), Jason Mamoa as Orin/Arthur Curry (Aquaman), Ezra Miller as Barry Allen (The Flash), Ray Fisher as Victor Stone (Cyborg), Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Robin Wright as General Antiope, J. K. Simmons as Commissioner James ‘Jim’ Gordon, Joe Morton as Dr. Silas Stone, Amber Heard as Mera, Billy Crudup as Dr. Henry Allen, and Kiersey Clemons as Iris West.
Justice League will be in theaters November 17, 2017.

So far there have only been two movies featuring him but these two movies have already given us some memorable moments with the character. These moments in particular stand out and give a weight to the character that is crucial to this series continued success. While it still may be early it’s a good time to look back at said great moments.
