‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Adds Martin Starr To The Film’s Cast

Following the news that Logan Marshall-Green was in talks to join the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming, we’ve got another bit of casting news for the upcoming film. Deadline is reporting that Martin Starr (Silicon Valley, Freaks And Geeks) has joined the cast of the Jon Watts directed film but no details are currently known regarding his role. This won’t be the actor’s first trip to the Marvel Cinematic Universe though. Starr previously appeared briefly in 2008’s The Incredible Hulk as the character that Bruce Banner bribes with pizza to get into the computer lab. However, it’s highly unlikely that he’ll be reprising that particular role for this film.

The actor will join a cast that currently consists of Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei and recent additions Donald Glover and Logan Marshall-Green when the film hits theaters next summer. Sound off with your thoughts on this recent bit of casting news in the comments section below.
