‘Supergirl’ Star Melissa Benoist Teases Emotional Season 2 Finale

SupergirlThis week’s episode of Supergirl ended on a big cliffhanger as Kara Zor-El discovered that Queen Rhea brainwashed Superman as the last scene featured the two Kryptonian cousins clashing. With the season finale coming up in just a few days, Kara will face her biggest challenge yet when she goes up against Queen Rhea to stop the Daxam invasion.

In a new interview with the Girl of Steel herself, Melissa Benoist talked about the upcoming finale that will feature part two of Cat Grant’s return, the debut of General Zod and more. Benoist described the finale as an emotional roller coaster for the Last Daughter of Krypton as she deals with Queen Rhea once and for all.

“I think it’s a huge finale, and there’s a lot going on, and I think people will go on an emotional roller coaster with Kara, so I’m sorry to all the fans in advance.”
