‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Trailer Gets The 8-Bit Treatment In New Video

The first official trailer for Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok offered fans their first look at the new worlds and characters who will be introduced in the God of Thunder’s next adventure. Now, the content creators at JoBlo Videos have released a new 8-bit style version of the trailer for viewers to enjoy.

In addition to recreating the trailer as an 8-bit side-scrolling video game, Led Zeppelin’s “Immigrant Song”, which was featured in the original trailer, has also been given a retro treatment.

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok“, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela.
