Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers… and her true destiny.

Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui.

7 Wonder Woman Villains Perfect For Future Sequels

Previous1 of 8

Wonder Woman
Now that we’re about a month away from Wonder Woman’s solo movie, it’s time to start fantasizing about what we’ll see in those sequels Warner Bros. is inevitably planning. Wonder Woman has a rich rogues gallery that has transformed and grown alongside her as she’s become one of the world’s most iconic heroes.

It looks like Ares, the Greek god of war, will be the main villain for Wonder Woman’s first outing, but DC is gonna need to shake things up for future projects. Diana Prince has already proved herself a terrific warrior in Batman V Superman when she took on Doomsday, so I’m excited to see who the creators want to throw at her next. She doesn’t need a full team beside her, Wonder Woman is warrior enough to defend the innocent from all types of threats.

Hit Next to find out more about 7 villains perfect for future Wonder Woman movies.

Wonder Woman are going to HUMILIATE the worldwide box office of Guardians of the Galaxy 2! 😀

I don’t know about all that. That’s asking A LOT. If it does, my god that’d be something to behold

LOL! See, this is the hubris that made people slam the DCCU and their fans all these years…SMH

If Wonder Woman can break 100M that puts it in the same ranks as the Hunger Games, in terms of highest grossing opening weekend for a female led property. Which would be stellar. So I’m hoping for 100M opening, but truth be told 90s would be great too. That’d put it in line with some of the best MCU movies (GotG 1 and Cap WS)

Yes I know technically I should add the two recent Star Wars movies (both female led) but you could have Goat with Sunglasses as the lead and it’d make a billion dollars. It’s Star Wars.

Just to let you know, I now own the trademark for the Goat with Sunglasses movie franchise, as well as the Farm Cinematic Universe.
