One of the exciting new additions to the fourth season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is the character of Robbie Reyes a.k.a. Ghost Rider, played by Gabriel Luna. Robbie was created by comic book writer Felipe Smith and the artist Tradd Moore who recently got to visit the set of the beloved Marvel series as a video was released by the company of the visit. In the video, they chat about getting that experience, the show’s adaptation of Robbie Reyes and more.
Moore, who has never been to a set before, was thrilled to visit this one and praised the producers and writers behind the show of how they adapted the character, including with Luna’s portrayal of the character.
“The whole set visit has been just a cool experience. I’ve never been on a set before. As the people who made the comic, these people on set, you can tell they really care. Gabe playing Robbie, he’s just a fun guy to be around, but when he starts playing Robbie he knows how to get really intense”
Smith talked about how the show keeps the important elements of Robbie’s character on the show from the comics which he is really happy about.
“They are keeping the essential aspects and the heart of the character and the theme, which is, you couldn’t ask for more as a creator.”
