The ending of the mid-season finale of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. revealed that the second half of Season 4 will be featuring AIDA as the show’s newest enemy. Not only has she started to evolve, but she has kidnapped Agent Melinda May and planted an android version of the beloved S.H.I.E.L.D. member within the organization who have no idea what it’s going on.
A new preview clip for the mid-season premiere, which is titled “Broken Promises”, has been released where AIDA displays to her creator Holden Radcliffe that the game is about to get twisted. The second arc of the ongoing season has been dubbed “LMD” which stands for Life Model Decoy and will be playing a big role when the show returns.
