‘Agents of SHIELD’ Heads To Outer Space In New Teaser

Agents of SHIELDWe have a new look at the upcoming season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which is set to make its return in only a few weeks.

The season five teaser was dropped on Twitter, and you can check it out for yourself below:

Looks like the team will be heading to outer space in the upcoming season, as they attempt to save the world. That is, of course, assuming they can figure out who they’re trying to save and where exactly they are. Hopefully, this attempt doesn’t end the same way as the film Alien, as is joked in the teaser.

Following the conclusion of the first season of fellow Marvel-ABC program Inhumans, fans can expect the upcoming season to deliver the same weekly dose of the Marvel Cinematic Universe when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. kicks off again very soon.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stars Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson/Quake, Ming-Na Wen as Melinda May, Iain De Caestecker as Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons, Henry Simmons as Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie, and Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena Rodriguez/Yo-Yo.

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns for its fifth season on Friday, December 1st on ABC.
