7 Best Moments In The ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Trailer

Previous1 of 8

Avengers Infinity WarThe trailer for Avengers: Infinity War is finally here, ladies and gentlemen, and damn does it look epic. The culmination of 18 movies and ten years worth of storytelling, Infinity War is set to wrap up the first three phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and project it into unknown territory. Every big-screen Marvel hero is set to appear and help the Avengers defend the Earth from their toughest foe yet. Black Panther may hit theaters in February, but this trailer has already distinguished Infinity War as the superhero movie to beat next year.

Thanos’ hunt for the Infinity Stones has been going on ever since Avengers came out May 4th, 2012, so it’s fitting that the end of that story hits theaters exactly six years later on May 4th, 2018. The trailer’s dark, serious tone shows just how much of an uphill battle the Avengers face as they take on The Black Order and their armies. After Earth deals with this new round of alien invaders, nothing will ever be the same again for the Marvel Universe’s finest heroes.

This wasn’t the same trailer that Disney/Marvel showed off over the summer at D23 and Comic-Con, so if you want to check out our thoughts on the first trailer click here.
