DC Films’ Aquaman has already earned $300 million worldwide at the box office ahead of its release in North America this week.
Aquaman is off to a great start in its box office run, having earned $300 million worldwide so far for Warner Bros. according to Forbes. The $300 million total has a lot to do with the film’s success in China, earning over $200 million in the market alone with a record-breaking performance. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has earned the most for the studio so far this year but Aquaman will most likely surpass its worldwide total of over $600 million. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the highest worldwide grosser in the DCEU series currently with $873.6 million while Justice League sits at the bottom with $657.9 million.
