First Banner For ‘Assassin’s Creed’ Released

We’re currently one year away from the release of 20th Century Fox’s Assassins’ Creed —  the film adaptation of the popular video game franchise of the same name — and it looks like the studio has just launched its viral marketing campaign for the highly anticipated film with the release of a cool banner, as well as the launch of the Abstergo website. You can check out the banner below.

More interestingly, the official Assassin’s Creed Twitter account posted an image earlier today, featuring a bunch of business cards, owned by Alan Rikkin, the CEO of Abstergo Industries. On the front of the cards is a number, which can be called by fans and apparently reveals (h/t to Superherohype) the following message:

“Hello, you’ve reached the voicemail of Alan Rikkin, I’ll be out of the office on business until March 25 with limited availability.”

Could March 25 be the release date of the first trailer for the film? What do you guys think? Let us know in the comment section below.

Assassin’s Creed hits theaters on December 21, 2016.
