The final main role for Shane Black’s The Predator has been filled in by Augusto Aguilera, according to Deadline. Best known for his work in the television show Chasing Life, Aguilera has appeared in Alfonso Gomez-Rejon’s Hulu pilot Citizen, and Antoine Fuqua’s Ice. He will next be seen in the FX pilot Snowfall.
The next film in the coveted Predator franchise, The Predator will be helmed by Shane Black, who last directed 2016’s The Nice Guys. Black is directing the film with a script he co-wrote with Fred Dekker, who previously collaborated with the director on 1987’s The Monster Squad.
Details regarding the upcoming film are scarce, but it has been confirmed that it is set in the same universe as the previous three films, which began in 1987.

Directed by Shane Black, The Predator also stars Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, Jacob Tremblay and Thomas Jane.
The Predator has already started filming and is set to hit cinemas on February 9th, 2018.
