It may be a while until Transformers: The Last Knight hits theaters, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a profuse amount of imagery to feast our eyes on until then as filming for the movie gets closer to wrapping up. A video released by Paramount Pictures from the set of the blockbuster sequel while filming in London surfaced on the internet today, showing everyone’s favorite yellow Camaro, Bumblebee, leading two other sports cars of exquisite design that have not had their identities revealed yet. As far as the other big names we can expect an appearance from during this movie go, it has also been confirmed that Optimus prime, Drift, Hound, Crosshairs, Squeeks and the infamous Hot Rod will all be in attendance for the Autobots, with Megatron, Onslaught, and Barricade returning for the Decepticons. Also returning to the franchise will be mega-star Mark Wahlberg as Cade Yeager, Josh Duhamel as Lieutenant Colonel Lennox, Tyrese Gibson as Robert Epps, and Stanley Tucci as Joshua Joyce. New roles to the movie include Sir Anthony Hopkins, Isabela Moner, Jerrod Carmichael, Laura Haddock and Santiago Cabrera .
Back in the director’s chair is Michael Bay, supported by writers Kevin Nolan who wrote Black Hawk Down, and Marcum & Matt Holloway who were the artistic minds behind Iron Man. Transformers: The Last Knight has a June 23, 2017 release date with plans for the franchise to move forward with a Bumblebee spin-off film scheduled for release in June of 2018, and the sixth Transformers movie set to come out the following year in June of 2019 as well.
