‘Birds Of Prey’ Fan Poster Art Teases Release Date

Birds of Prey DC Catwoman BatmanA fan-made poster for DC’s upcoming film Birds of Prey gives excited fans a tease for the film’s release date.

Anticipation and fan-support for the movie has been at a fever pitch ever since rumblings of the movie’s development surface. And rather than wait for official news or promotional materials, the fandom is making it’s own swagger with this wonderfully, punk rock fan poster!

There’s probably some influence from DC’s Suicide Squad considering the hot pink color-scheme and skull motif but it’s nonetheless eye-catching, engaging, and even teases a possible 2020 release date for the film! Official details are unfortunately still being kept under wraps but current chatter suggests the super heroine team will consist of Oracle, Black Canary, Huntress, and possibly Harley Quinn.

Hopefully, we get some details soon about Birds of Prey but fans now have this wonderful poster to gawk at until official news pours in!

In DC Comics lore, the Birds of Prey are an international crimefighting team featuring heroines such as Oracle (Barbara Gordon), Black Canary (Dinah Laurel Lance) and the Huntress (Helena Bertinelli). The comic book team’s current line-up consists of Black Canary, Huntress and Lady Blackhawk, along with Hawk and Dove.

Hi-Res ‘Aquaman’ Images Show Armored Great Whites & More

Jason Momoa Aquaman James WanFive new hi-res Aquaman stills have made their way online giving fans a better look at the Atlanteans’ armored Great Whites, villain Orm, and more.

Fans got their first taste of the underwater world that director James Wan will be introducing to the DC universe with the first official trailer released during this year’s SDCC. Fortunately for all fans desperate to see more of this sub-aquatic Star Wars-themed world, there are five high-resolution stills from the trailer that have made their way online.

These give us a better look at Mera in the outside world, Aquaman’s half-brother Orm in the depths of their gladiator stadium, but most importantly, we get a close look at the amazing armored Great White sharks that Atlanteans ride into battle. In case you never knew that you needed to see a Great White shark with two cannons attached to its armor, now you know. If mere sharks look this incredible, who knows what the creatures from the Trench will look like in their full, silver screen glory.

Aquaman stars Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master, Dolph Lundgren as Nereus, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, Ludi Lin as Captain Murk, and Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry.
