‘Black Panther’ Star Chadwick Boseman Discusses Marvel Photoshoot

black-panther-chadwick-boseman-marvel-photo-shootWe recently reported that Marvel Studios requested that all of its stars to come to Atlanta, Georgia, to participate in a secret massive photoshoot that is most likely celebrating the Studio’s ten-year anniversary. While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel last night to discuss what it was like playing Thurgood Marshall in the new Reginald Hudlin (who ironically always wanted to direct a Black Panther film) movie, actor Chadwick Boseman talked a little bit about that photoshoot after Kimmel revealed an Instagram picture that appeared on Samuel L. Jackson’s (Nick Fury) Instagram account.

The image featured Anthony Mackie (Falcon), Don Cheadle (War Machine), newcomer Laurence Fishburne (did he defect from DC?) and Boseman. The Black Panther star didn’t say much, but he did take credit for Jackson’s photo:

“I am not ashamed to say, it was my idea.  Yeah, yeah. You know because I see Cheadle and Mackie a lot. But it’s very rare that you have Sam Jackson and Fishburne in the same place. So I was like hey, we got to take this picture.”

This is a fantastic picture, not just featuring a lot of talent, but Black talent.

Black Panther, the Marvel Studios live-action film, is due in cinemas February, 16, 2018. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for any updates regarding this highly-anticipated film.

7 Reasons Why ‘Marvel’s Inhumans’ Failed

Marvel Inhumans ABCThe premiere episodes of the ABC Marvel’s Inhumans has already aired with good ratings for ABC, stronger than the Season 4 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the final season of Agent Carter but this does not mean it is a success.

Marvel’s Inhumans has been dragged through the mud with critics, many lambasting it as the worst thing Marvel Studios has ever been involved with, and a serious low-point for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I have seen these episodes of Inhumans and I can honestly say that ever criticism is apt. It’s even more apt to say that Inhumans has failed as a series because of its incredibly low approval for its pilot episodes. So how did it happen? Who’s to blame? What reasons can be found to why something that Marvel Studios were trying to do for years has now been reviled by many?

This list is here to detail those reasons why Inhumans failed. Click Next to find out!
