‘Blade Runner 2049’: New Clip From Upcoming Sequel Drops

Blade Runner 2049 Hans ZimmerA new clip from Blade Runner 2049 has just been released, and it looks like we are going back to that familiar dystopian world once again.

Deadline has the clip, which features Ryan Gosling’s character walk into a dystopian sweatshop and confront the owner.

You can check out the full clip below:

At least from this clip, it appears that director Denis Villeneuve has definitely captured the atmospheric look of the original Blade Runner. The tone of the sweatshop scene is exactly like something you might have expected from the first film. It will be interesting to see how this short clip fits into the larger narrative of the rest of the film.

10 Reasons Jared Leto Is The Worst Joker

Previous1 of 11

Jared Leto The Joker Suicide SquadThe Joker is one of the most iconic characters in fiction. His bombastic schemes, twisted behavior and eerie laugh are the things nightmares are made from. Amazing actors like Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger have brought the Joker to life over the years, and he will continue to grace the big and small screen for years to come.

Jared Leto is another amazing actor who’s been lucky enough to play the Joker. The actor, who’s set to star in the upcoming Blade Runner 2049, was dealt a poor script in Suicide Squad and wasn’t given a chance to properly shine. Certain aspects of his character were enjoyable, and hopefully he will be better in future renditions, but for now, Leto is considered a disappointment. No matter how far the actor pushed himself to get into character, things just didn’t click for him this time around.
