Ahead of tonight’s episode of Arrow, The CW has released a new clip from the episode entitled “Tribute” that features a huge name drop for DC fans.
In the final moments of last weeks Season 6 premiere, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was outed as the Green Arrow. Amell recently teased this weeks episode would feature a feature a big name drop and the actor wasn’t kidding.
In the clip just released, the Star City Mayor rejects the possibility of himself being the Star City vigilante as he teases that anyone’s head could have been doctored onto the body of the Green Arrow in the photo that appeared on Channel 52 News, including Bruce Wayne’s — confirming the existence of the Dark Knight within the Arrowverse. The current TV season is pretty much done as several comic book and superhero TV shows have concluded their respective seasons.
