Bryan Cranston Is Interested In Playing A Marvel Villain

Bryan Cranston is best know for his role as Walter White on the television series Breaking Bad as well as his role in 2014’s Godzilla, but he has been rumored for multiple superhero based projects. He is a very common choice for fan casting. He has been staying away from the superhero film scene, but in a recent interview with Metro at the London Film Festival he revealed something that’s quite interesting.

You know what I’d like to do? I’d like to do some big superhero villain in some Marvel classic.

This is a rather interesting declaration, but he also has a condition in place for what he would like to do:

Create one from scratch… I don’t know what I would do but it would be nasty.

It seems as if Cranston wants to play an original character that is completely menacing and larger than life. I think that this would be a wonderful idea especially considering how talented an actor Cranston is and with how much he can bring to the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe.

What do you think of this? Could Bryan Cranston play a great villain? Let us know in the comments what you think!
