Bryce Dallas Howard has confirmed that she directed an episode for The Mandalorian season two.

Post-production for The Mandalorian season two is well underway as the series is on track for a release on Disney Plus in the fall. Unlike season one, the complete list of directors for season two hasn’t been revealed yet, but we do know that Ant-Man‘s Peyton Reed, Robert Rodriguez, and Carl Weathers each directed an episode. Dave Filoni and Rick Famuyiwa, who both directed two episodes in season one, are also returning for season two. Series creator Jon Favreau is also expected to have directed a season two episode this time around as well.

The Mandalorian‘s fourth episode of season one was Seven Samurai inspired and directed by Jurassic World star Bryce Dallas Howard. During a recent video conversation with Collider, Howard confirmed that she is another The Mandalorian director who returned for season two:

“I directed an episode on the second season of Mandalorian, so that’s already done. Which is wonderful, so I’m looking forward to that coming out later this year. In terms of directing, I really, really, really love projects that are highly collaborative, deals with some kind of emerging technology, ideally, if it’s fiction, and is also connected to IP that that already resonates with folks and audiences. And something that gives you all the feels, I hope.”
