Sony has officially released a brand new trailer for Tom Hardy’s Venom Movie. The first trailer was received with plenty of complaints as it actually didn’t show Hardy with the symbiote. You can check out the trailer and poster below.

Hardy teased the film’s first trailer would be coming to CinemaCon yesterday. The film has been confirmed to be an origin story for Venom with Carnage featured as the antagonist. It is said to be based on the Lethal Protector and Planet of the Symbiotes comic book runs. Tom Holland’s Peter Parker is rumored to appear.
The film also stars Michelle Scott Haze, Jenny Slate, Sope Aluko, and Riz Ahmed, with Woody Harrelson rumored to be playing Carnage.
Ruben Fleischer is directing the project from a script by Scott Rosenberg (Jumanji), Jeff Pinkner (The Dark Tower) and Kelly Marcel (Fifty Shades of Grey). Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, and Amy Pascal are producing.
