Last year we saw Christine Everhart, who first joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Iron Man, return as part of the viral marketing for Ant-Man. Well, Marvel has brought the character back as part of their marketing for the upcoming Captain America: Civil War with a new WHIH World News video.
The latest, and seemingly first of a few, WHIH Newsfront special report investigates “The World the Hero Leaves Behind” and features Everhart debating with political correspondent Will Adams on the topic of whether or not ‘The Avengers’ should be able to operate freely. Seems Everhart is definitely a member of “Team Stark”. Check out the video below and sound off with your thoughts in the comments section afterwards.
Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.”
Get ready to choose your side when Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
