Ezra Miller is a busy man. Earlier this year, the actor made his debut as The Flash in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and then briefly reprised the role in Suicide Squad, but he’ll also soon be seen in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. He also has a couple of ther exciting projects in the pipeline: Justice League (which is now in post-production) and his standalone DC movie, which recently lost its director.
It’s probably going to be a while until he puts on his Flash costume again, but the actor recently spoke with Yahoo and described what it was like to wear it for the first time:
“I’ll tell you that donning the Flash suit is one of the single most thrilling experiences I’ve ever known. You know it’s like a samurai getting in his armor. Every day, I just felt like, so cool. It’s the greatest. I really love playing the Flash. I love Barry Allen. I really, I’ve come to, yeah, I’ve come to really hold a special place in my heart for this neurotic but altruistic individual.”
Miller then went on to talk about how excited he is to continue exploring the character, who he hopes to continue playing for as long as possible:
“I’m just so excited to explore him and explore that for as long as possible. Even if it just means, this. Honestly, it’s an incredible gift to the world, the long history of the Flash. I feel so lucky to be a part of these great stories.”
