With all eyes on the releases of Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War next year, Marvel has also been hard at work completing a sequel to the 2015 hit Ant-Man, entitled Ant-Man and the Wasp. As the title suggests, Hope van Dyne, played by Evangeline Lilly, will be suiting up and taking on the mantle left behind by her mother Janet. Earlier this year at San Diego Comic Con, it was confirmed that audiences will get to finally meet Janet in the sequel, played by none other than the legendary Michelle Pfeiffer.
Thanks to Just Jared, we now have our first look at Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne on the set of the upcoming Marvel film. Take a look below!

Michael Douglas was also spotted on set, reprising his role from the first film as Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man and the father of Hope. As his character is heavily motivated by the disappearance of his wife Janet, fans can look forward to seeing Douglas and Pfeiffer sharing a good amount of screentime together in Ant-Man and the Wasp.
The film stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne, Michael Pena as Luis, Bobby Cannavale as Paxton, T.I. as Dave, Laurence Fishburne as Bill Foster, Randall Park as Jimmy Woo, Walton Goggins as Sonny Burch, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne.
Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp is set to be released on July 6, 2018.

5 Marvel Supporting Characters Who Need To Join The ‘Thor’ World
Now that Thor: Ragnarok is finally in theaters, it’s time for fans to start speculating about where the God of Thunder is likely to go next! As things continue to change for Thor moving forward, it’s only fitting that the world around him starts to expand. Thor has a rich group of supporting characters that have either gone on adventures with him or faced him on the battlefield. Some of Thor’s main companions, like Lady Sif and the Warriors Three, have already been introduced and become fan-favorite characters for MCU viewers. Given that Marvel Studios seems to like shaking things up, it seems likely that some of Thor’s lesser-known acquaintances will end up on the big screen soon enough.
