First Set Photos From ‘The Predator’ Feature The Cast With A Tank

PredatorThe first batch of set photos from Shane Black’s upcoming reboot of The Predator have hit the web.

The photos reveal the film’s stars Boyd Holbrook and Trevante Rhodes along with Augusto Aguilera riding in a tank through the city ready to face the extraterrestrial warrior. You can check them out below but beware, one of the photos may be considered a spoiler as it reveals what one of The Predator’s victims.

Production on Shane Black’s upcoming reboot of the hit sci-fi action thriller is currently underway in Vancouver. Black, who played the character of Hawkins in the 1987 original directed by John McTiernan (Die Hard), has also co-written the script for the reboot with Fred Dekker.

Plot details are still under wraps but The Predator — similar to the original — will feature a group of humans who realize they are being targeted by fierce hunter-aliens, however, the reboot has swapped the jungle setting for the suburbs.

John Davis, Joel Silver, and Lawrence Gordon, producers of the original Predator have returned to produce the reboot.

The film stars Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, Jacob Tremblay, Thomas Jane, Yvonne Strahovski, Alfie Allen, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey and Edward James Olmos.

The Predator was originally slated to release on February 9, 2018, but was recently pushed back to hit theaters on August 3, 2018.
