‘The Flash’ Season 5 Trailer Introduces Cicada, Flash Ring

The trailer gives fans of The CW’s hit DC Comics series a glimpse at what to expect for the further adventures of Barry Allen/The Flash (Grant Gustin). Here, we see some of the exciting action that’s in store as well as some exciting hints about some new character developments and potential discoveries that will further expand not just The Flash but the rest of the Arrowverse lore.

This new trailer gives us our first look at Cicada and Barry’s new ring as well, giving us an exciting taste for what’s coming soon.

The series stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon/Vibe, Tom Cavanagh as Harrison Wells, Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West and Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid Flash.

The Flash will return for its fifth season this fall beginning Tuesday October 9 at 8 pm on The CW.
