FOX Releases ‘Gotham’ Season 4 Comic-Con Sizzle Reel

FOX’s Batman prequel series Gotham ended with a bang in its two-hour season finale as we witnessed Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) take a major step closer towards his destiny as the Caped Crusader. The series is set to return for a fourth season which is looking to be one of its biggest yet.

The cast and producers attended behind the show appeared at San Diego Comic-Con today where they previewed what is coming up in Season 4. A new trailer was revealed to the attending fans and fortunately, Warner Bros. TV has released the trailer online. You can watch it below.

In addition to the trailer, Teen Wolf alum Crystal Reed has been announced to be joining the series in the role of Sofia Falcone, the daughter of Don Falcone. Her character descriptions call her “Strong, intelligent and calculating” and reveals that she’s returning to Gotham after running Falcone’s operation in the south for 10 years to take down Penguin.

“Gotham’s origin story continues to unfold, and as the show enters its fourth season, the stakes will be higher than ever! With the Court of Owls decimated, the aftermath of the Tetch virus crippling the city, and every (surviving) villain in Gotham’s underworld jockeying for power, Jim Gordon and the GCPD will have their hands full. And that’s just the beginning! What threat does Ra’s al Ghul pose, and will Penguin regain his title as the King of Gotham? What new villains are in store for season four, and what does Bruce Wayne’s season finale reveal mean for Gotham City — and his ultimate destiny?”

Gotham Season 4 is set to premiere on Thursday, September 28 at 8/7c on FOX.
