FOX Releases New Trailer For ‘X-Men’ TV Show ‘The Gifted’

GiftedMatt Nix’s X-Men TV show The Gifted was officially ordered to series recently by FOX as they revealed a teaser trailer for the new show. As promised, FOX released an extended trailer of the upcoming X-Men TV series that will be arriving in the 2017-2018 TV Season. In addition to that, the network also released new key art for the series which you will find below too.


“THE GIFTED focuses on a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.”

The series stars Stephen Moyer (True Blood) as Reed Strucker, Amy Acker (Person of Interest) as Caitlin Strucker, Sean Teale (Incorporated) as Marcos Diaz a.k.a. Eclipse, Jamie Chung (Once Upon a Time) as Clarice Fong a.k.a Blink, Coby Bell (Burn Notice) as Jace Turner, Emma Dumont (Pretty Little Liars) as Lorna Dane a.k.a. Polaris, Blair Redford (Switched at Birth) as John Proudstar a.k.a Thunderbird, Natalie Alyn Lind (Gotham) as Lauren Strucker and Percy Hynes White (11.22.63) as Andy Strucker.

The Gifted comes from Nix (Burn Notice), X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner, Bryan Singer (who directed the pilot), Simon Kinberg, along with Jim Chory and Marvel TV President Jeph Loeb that will all be serving as executive producers on the project. These people are also involved with the FX series, Legion which has been picked up for season two.
