First Teaser Trailer For ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 6 Released

Well, this certainly came out of nowhere!
HBO has released the first teaser trailer for the sixth season of Game of Thrones. The trailer flashes back to previous seasons and features some of the most memorable death scenes of the series, so if you’re not currently up to date with the latest season, I suggest skipping this one. Unfortunately, the teaser doesn’t reveal any new footage from the upcoming season, but I’m sure we’ll see something soon as we draw closer to April.
Interestingly enough, the trailer is narrated by Max Von Sydow’s Three Eyed Raven and Isaac Hempstead Wright’s Bran Stark, both of whom we haven’t seen since the season four finale. The latter promises that “They have no idea what’s going to happen.”, which is a nice nod to book readers who are eagerly waiting for the next installment of the series, The Winds of Winter.

You can watch the teaser below and let us know what you think in the comment section.

The sixth season of Game of Thrones is set to premiere in April 2016.
