Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner made sure to put to rest the claims that her new tattoo is in anyway shape or form a spoiler for the upcoming final season of the HBO phenomenon.
Fans were in an uproar when Turner unveiled her new tattoo. The body art contains the house sigil of the Stark family with the words “the pack survives” underneath it. This led fans to speculate that the remaining members of the Stark clan — Arya, Bran and Sansa — would survive the onslaught from the Night King, as well as the wrath of Cersei Lannister. But in the same way she came to the rescue at the Battle of the Bastards, the actress put to bed any confusion about her new ink when she was on The Late Late Show with James Corben.
“It’s just a quote from last season. Everyone figures that the pack really does survive, but it’s just a moral that I like to live by.”
When host James Corben urged her to just tell everyone how the show ends, the actress responded with:
“I’ll just get it tattooed on my forehead next time.”
Turner was advised by some to not get the tattoo, but like her character on the show, she followed her own path. Fans are very excited to see how the amazing journey of the Starks comes to an end and most of all who will survive. The final six episode of Game of Thrones will air sometime next year. Until then fans can enjoy all there favorite Sansa Stark moments by reliving all previous seasons on HBO.
