‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7, Episode 2 Photos Released

Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 2 Kit Harington Aidan GillenGame of Thrones made its long-awaited return this past Sunday with a season premiere that set up quite a few things for the episodes to come. Now, HBO has released a new batch of photos from “Stormborn,” the second episode of this season.

The photos show Sam with Archmaester Ebrose, Arya Stark on horseback, Jon having a chat with Littlefinger in what looks like the crypts of Winterfell, a meeting between Daenerys, Tyrion and Ellaria Sand, and much more.

You can check out the preview for “Stormborn,” which runs for 59 minutes (the same as the season premiere), below. The photos from the episode can be found in the gallery.

Here’s the official synopsis for “Stormborn,” written by Bryan Cogman and directed by Mark Mylod.

“Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) receives an unexpected visitor. Jon (Kit Harington) faces a revolt. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) plans the conquest of Westeros.”

Game of Thrones continues next Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
