If the cover of Come Together is still stuck in your head, along with the other music that has been featured in the marketing for Justice League, then the official release of Gary Clark Jr.’s music video may just have you abusing the replay button — if not for the song, then at least for the new footage of the upcoming film.
The video, which you can watch below, is a trippy, post-apocalyptic ride that coincides with extended looks at scenes previously debuted in trailers, sweeping landscape shots and a couple of entirely new scenes from Justice League. Though nothing earthshaking seems to be revealed in the video, that’s not to say an eagle-eyed viewer won’t spot something in the next week or so — if they’re not too caught up in the guitar riffs.
More than anything in the marketing campaign thus far, this really seems to be a shift toward the psychedelic direction. For a while, action-packed and optimistic seemed to be the approach. With recent posters being released, color also seemed key. Now, it looks like the film will feature a dynamic mix of all three. Regardless of your opinion of any DCEU movie prior, that would certainly be a change of pace for the shared universe.
What do you make of the video? Catch anything important? Let us know in the comments!

Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Justice League stars a star-studded cast, including Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Ezra Miller, Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons, J.K. Simmons, Amber Heard, and Jesse Eisenberg. You can watch DC’s greatest team up when Justice League releases in theaters on Nov. 17.
7 Great Deathstroke Stories That Could Inspire The Movie
Now that fans know Deathstroke will be getting his own movie directed by The Raid’s Gareth Evans, it’s time for everyone to brush up on their Slade Wilson knowledge. Deathstroke is DC’s deadliest assassin and one of the smartest tacticians in the world, as well as the oldest foe of the Teen Titans. He’s even taken on the whole Bat-family single-handedly and escaped, proving just how tough of a fighter he is.
The movie will likely depict him as an anti-hero of sorts, a relatively new status for the character. Throughout most of his history Deathstroke has always been more of a self-interested fighter than a righteous man, but recently he’s developed a conscious and a desire to help people in DC Rebirth. He was even one of the main villains in the Batman: Arkham Origins game, proving that audiences are ready for more Slade Wilson.
