With only a few more days until the first trailer arrives online, Paramount Pictures has released a brand new featurette for Rupert Sanders’ live-action Ghost in the Shell.
The video features Sanders and the film’s star, Scarlett Johansson, as well as Mamoru Oshii, who directed the 1995 Ghost in the Shell anime film. There’s lots of never-before-seen footage sprinkled throughout the video, but we also see Oshii giving his stamp of approval to the film and Johansson, who plays The Major.
“Scarlett Johansson playing Motoko from beginning to end has gone above and beyond my expectations for the role,” says Oshii. “I’m sure this will be the most gorgeous film in the series so far”
