A brand new behind the scenes clip from the upcoming live-action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell takes you inside The Major's futuristic apartment.

Comicbook.com has premiered a brand new behind the scenes clip from the upcoming live-action adaptation of Ghost in the Shell from Paramount Pictures.

The behind the scenes clip features Ghost in the Shell lead art director Richard Johnson as he takes you inside the futuristic apartment that belongs to The Major (Scarlett Johansson). Johnson showcases several rooms inside the apartment including one of The Major’s charging stations, her lounge, a futuristic forensics lab as well as an armory, a storage area for spare body parts and the area where The Major sleeps.

The film stars Scarlett Johansson, Pilou Asbæk, Michael Pitt, Juliette Binoche, Kaori Momoi, Rila Fukushima, Chin Han, Danusia Samal, Lasarus Ratuere, Yutaka Izumihara, Tuwanda Manyimo, and Takeshi Kitano. Here’s the official synopsis:

Based on the internationally-acclaimed sci-fi property, “GHOST IN THE SHELL” follows the Major, a special ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotics advancements in cyber technology.
