‘Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2’ New TV Spot Released

A new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 TV spot has been released. Most of the footage is already in the trailer, but the TV spot reminds us that “you only get one chance to save the galaxy twice.”

“So we’re saving the galaxy again,” Raccoon asks. “Who else is going to do it?” is Star-Lord’s response.

You can watch the TV spot below.

A recent test screening for James Gunn’s film received a perfect score of one hundred, something that happens very rarely. The one minute TV spot for the film was dropped last week right before the Super Bowl and garnered a lot of attention.

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

The film stars Chris Pratt as Peter Quill / Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Sean Gunn as Kraglin, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha and Kurt Russell as Star-Lord’s long missing father Ego.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to hit theaters May 5, 2017.
