‘Harry Potter’: HBO Hosting ‘Hogwarts House Challenges’ In U.S. Cities

Harry Potter JK Rowling Snape DumbledoreIn celebration of the Harry Potter film series coming to HBO and the release of this year’s Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, it has been announced that the premium cable network will host the Hogwarts House Challenges in three different cities where fans will be able to participate in Harry Potter-centric trivia and challenges.

The event will not only include a series of challenges for fans to take part in but will also include various props from the films including Tom Riddle’s diary with Basilisk fang, Horace Slughorn’s hourglass, Bellatrix Lestrange’s dagger and more. The event will boast prizes for those who show up in the best costume, best group photo and much more.

An announcement will be made in the next few days on HBO’s Facebook page that indicates that a limited number of tickets will be available. The event will kick off later this month in Atlanta, GA on January 18 and continue on in Boston, MA on January 25 all while concluding its run in Denver, CO on January 31.
