Hugh Jackman Killed Bryan Singer In ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’

x-men-4-bryan-singer-hugh-jackmanBryan Singer has been added to the list of people killed by Wolverine. In a podcast interview with Empire, the reporter reveals how Bryan Singer has been killed by Wolverine twice, once in the original X-Men trilogy and then most recently in X-Men: Apocalypse.

Having directed four X-Men films at this point, it only makes sense that Bryan Singer would insert himself somewhere into them. Singer was the last soldier Wolverine killed in the last shot Jackman filmed during the original X-Men trilogy, and as a callback Singer was yet again killed by Wolverine in X-Men: Apocalypse.

Singer also mentioned during the podcast as to how easy it was to get Hugh Jackman on board for his cameo in Apocalypse: “I explained it to [Hugh Jackman] and he agreed to do it over the phone which is unusual, usually there’s some negotiation involved and he said “you can call my agent, I’m in and I love it.”
