In “Incredibles 2,” Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose superpowers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.

10 Potential Directors For The Next ‘Fantastic Four’ Movie
Fantastic Four is one of the most important titles in comic book history. It is the foundation where Marvel Comics originated from. Yet on the film side, more than any other property, the Fantastic Four have had a rough go. The first family of comics deserves better. With the news that Disney is in the process of acquiring Fox (unless Comcast swoops in for a final bid), the number one topic on everybody’s mind is when and how the Fantastic Four will be incorporated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
One big factor in bringing the Fantastic Four into the MCU is who will be the director of the team’s next cinematic outing. This director will face both the difficult task of redefining a film franchise that most filmgoers now have a negative association with and also setting the tone and casting some of the most iconic names in comic books. What would Iron Man be without Jon Favreau? Guardians of the Galaxy is unique because of James Gunn’s creative vision. Black Panther owes a great deal of its success to Ryan Coogler. The Fantastic Four need the same level of guidance.
Marvel Studios has a great track record of finding directors from unconventional places. They see talent and potential in a filmmaker — maybe ones who don’t have the immediate track record for big scale filmmaking but directors who know how to craft interesting narratives, fully realized characters and get great performances from actors. There are plenty to choose from and we’ve come up with ten great directors Marvel should look at to helm the next Fantastic Four movie. Click Next to get started!
